This article describes how to turn the “Auto Open On Index” option off or on in a User’s Intray.
More Information:
In the Intray, there is a toggle option for users called “Auto Open On Index” (A), if this is switched on, documents will be automatically be opened for viewing when going to Index them using either (B) or (C).
You can determine whether this is switched on or not by checking if the Icon has an grey background (Grey = On).
In the image below, this is switched on, so when clicking Index, the document highlighted will be opened for review as well.
To switch this on or off, just click on the “Auto Open On Index” button to toggle the option.
