This article describes how a Virtual Cabinet user can view a specific Intray.

To access a specific Intray you can follow the steps below, however there a couple of factors to bear in mind:
- If you are trying to access another users’ Intray, you will need to have Security Access over that Intray Intray Security - View Another Users Intray
- If you are trying to access a group Intray, you will need to be a part of that group first Create a Group & Assign Users
- Log in to Virtual Cabinet and click on the “Intray” tab.
- Then look for the Index/Intray/Pack Panel, by default, this is on the right hand side of the Virtual Cabinet window and click on the “Intrays” tab on the top of that Panel.

The option with the symbol of a House is your “Home” view (A), this is the default view that includes your Intray, and any Group Intrays that you are a member of as mentioned earlier.
The option with the Symbol of a single person and your name is your own Intray (B).
Any option with the Symbol of two people is a group Intray (C).
If you left click on the small arrow to the left of the “Others” it will show a list of all the other active users in Virtual Cabinet as below.
To view an Intray, just left click on the relevant one based on the options available to you as described above (Bear in mind the restrictions mentioned at the top of this article).
