In the Search Screen, there is a toggle option for users called “Search Content”, just a single click will turn the option on and off.
When switched on (with an grey background), you will be able to search Virtual Cabinet based on particular words found within a document.
In the example below, we’ve switched to “Search Content” mode and entered a word into the search bar, then clicked on Search.
- You can see that the search view has automatically swapped over to “Content View”, this will always happen whilst the “Search Content” option is grey.
- Now that the search has completed, you can switch back to the other Views if required whilst keeping the same results.
- In “Content View” each document returned will should a line of text containing the word(s) you searched on.
