Please find the Document Separator Sheet (Barcode Separator) for use with the Virtual Cabinet Scan Tab and Directory Monitor. Alternatively any user with Virtual Cabinet installed on their machine can find their own copy of the Document Separator Sheet.pdf in in folder location - C:\Program Files (x86)\Lindenhouse Software Ltd\CabiBond.Net
This allows you to scan several documents in one scan action, using the Barcode Separators to determine where one document ends and another begins.
Please note – The Scan Setting (A) will need to be configured to recognize Barcode Separators (A)
OR
If you use a Multifunctional Device (MFD) to scan your documents to our Directory Monitor, this will need to be configured to recognize Barcode Separators for the type of file that your scanner outputs. (B)

Troubleshooting scanning issues with VC separator sheets
If pages are missing during scanning, check the scanner DPI setting first. Make sure the DPI is configured correctly for your scanner and matches the requirements for barcode recognition.
Next, confirm that the separator sheets are clear copies and that they are properly aligned before scanning. Faded, skewed, or partially printed sheets may not be detected correctly.
If the issue continues, print fresh copies of the separator sheets at the highest quality available and try scanning again.
