Publish delegation in Virtual Cabinet allows one user to publish documents to the portal on behalf of another publisher. This article explains how to configure publish delegation settings in the Virtual Cabinet admin panel.
Before you start
The user you want to publish on behalf of must already be set up as a publisher in Virtual Cabinet. If they are not a publisher, they will not appear in the publish delegation window.
How to configure publish delegation

Open the Virtual Cabinet admin panel and navigate to the Publish Delegation settings.
- The window is split into two columns. The left column lists available publishers. The right column lists the users permitted to publish on their behalf.
- Select the publisher on the left whose documents you want to allow another user to publish.
- Select the user on the right who should be granted permission to publish on that publisher's behalf.
- Save the settings.
The selected user can now publish documents to the portal on behalf of that publisher.
