**Keep in mind that we will never request for you to reset your password without you knowing. Do not reset any passwords that you did not request. **
In the sender email address, it is also possible for emails to reflect something close to our email. Make sure the notifications@virtualcabinetportal.com is written correctly. There are links in my email, can I click on them?
Within the email, you will see links that will take you away from the email screen and into the Virtual Cabinet portal. Our links that we provide in the notification emails take you directly to https://virtualcabinetportal.com and not a made up site. Always check where the link is sending you to. Here's a screen shot below on how to hover your mouse over the link and see what URL or website the link is ending you:
You will notice that the link that is provided is taking you to https://virtualcabinetportal.com in the beginning of the link which will let you know that it is us sending you the links. If you do notice that the link is trying to send you outside of Virtual Cabinet, or a link that looks similar to the link, DO NOT click on the link and notify us to let us know so we can investigate further.
When you get to the Virtual Cabinet Portal website we will always ask you to log in. If it asks you to download a file then this is not us.
