Intray Security
Intray Security controls which users can access another user's Intray. This can be managed per user either from within the Intray tab itself, or centrally from the Admin tab.
To access: Admin tab, Users and Groups section, Intray Security.
Select a user on the left to edit their Intray security. On the right, tick the boxes to grant or remove Open, Edit, Delete, and Index rights for each other user. Open is the minimum permission required for a user to see documents in the selected user's Intray.
After making changes, the user who has been granted access will need to restart their Virtual Cabinet client for the new permissions to take effect.
User Security
User Security (available in version 5.6 and above) allows bulk editing of user profile fields from a single window. It is primarily useful for making changes across many users at once, such as bulk enabling or disabling 2FA, or updating Access Profiles.
To access: Admin tab, Users and Groups section, User Security.
From this window you can edit Username, First Name, Last Name, and Windows UPN by clicking directly into the cell. You can enable or disable 2FA per user using the tick box, or click the column header to bulk enable or disable 2FA for all users at once. The Access Profile dropdown can be changed per user. Group memberships are displayed but cannot be edited from this window.
For individual user changes, it is generally better to edit the user directly via the Users window.
