Sections define the types of document that can be indexed into a Filing Cabinet. A Cabinet is associated with one Section, and that Section contains one or more Section Values. Each Section Value is a specific document type, for example Correspondence, Invoice, or Tax Return.
When a user indexes a document they select a Section Value, which determines how the document is categorised and which index fields appear.

Creating a Section
Click Add and give the Section a Name. You must also assign a Default Security Profile, which will be used as the default when documents are indexed under this Section. A Default Integration can also be set if applicable.
Adding Section Values
Within the Section window, use the Add/Delete Section Values panel to add Section Values. Each Section Value requires a Name. Optionally you can assign a Security Profile to override the Section default, set a Default Integration, and link a Task to be started automatically when a document is indexed with this Section Value. If a Task is linked, the Start Mode determines whether the task always starts or whether the user can opt out.
