Export Options

File Name Rules
File Name Rules define how documents are automatically named using tokens such as the original file name, entry date, client code, or other index values. Rules can be applied to file naming in the Portal, document extraction, and Document Creation templates. Tokens are entered in curly braces, for example {INDEX02} {INDEX03}.
Database Connections
Stores named SQL Server connection strings that can be referenced by Intelligent Indexing and other features without repeating the full connection string each time.
