The Licence window shows your current Virtual Cabinet licence details and allows the licence to be updated when you renew or expand.
To access: Admin tab, Licence section, Manage Licence (some versions show this as View Licence).
The window displays your licence type, the maximum number of users permitted, the modules included in your licence (such as Portal publishing, Document Creation, Retention), and the expiry date if applicable.
To update your licence, paste or enter the new licence key provided by Virtual Cabinet and click Apply. If your licence has expired or you have exceeded your user limit, contact your Virtual Cabinet account manager or support.
