This article explains how to reset your password if you are unable to log in to the Virtual Cabinet Portal.
To reset your Portal password, follow these steps:
- Go to https://www.virtualcabinetportal.com/MyPortal/Login.
- Click Forgotten Password or having problems?
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset email from the Portal.
- Click Reset my password in the email. Open this link on the same device and browser you intend to use to sign in.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then click Save Changes.
- Click Login to return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials.
Note: the reset link is time-limited. Complete the process as soon as you receive the email.
